Making an IMPACT on GOLF

1. From down the Target Line:

Here from a stance where a line across the toes is parallel to the target line and you are looking down the target line, you will note:

  • The line across the shoulders is parallel to the target line.
  • The hips are turned to the left as much as possible.
  • The left leg is straight.
  • The right knee is bent.
  • The left shoulder is high, the right shoulder low.
  • The golf club shaft is point at the body's center of gravity.
  • The wrists are in a level condition at the start of the impact zone.
  • The right elbow is in front of the right hip and close to the side.
  • The left arm is straight.
  • The eyes are looking at the ball impact position.

2. From the Rear View:

Here from a stance where the feet are approximately shoulder width apart and you are looking from the rear view, you will note:

  • The hips are turned.
  • The left leg is straight, the right knee is bent.
  • The left shoulder is high.
  • The right shoulder is low.
  • The head is behind the ball's impact position.

3. From the down the target line front on:

Here from a stance where a line across the toes is parallel to the target line and you are looking down the target line, from the front on view, you will note:

  • The hips are turned fully.
  • The left leg is straight.
  • The right knee is bent.
  • A line across the shoulders is parallel to the target line.
  • The bent right elbow is below the straight left arm.
  • The golf club shaft is point at the body's center of gravity.
  • The wrists are in a level condition at the start of the impact zone.

4. From the face on view:

Here from a stance where the feet are approximately shoulder width apart and you are looking from the face on view, you will note:

  • The hands are forward so that the left arm and clubshaft form a straight line from the shoulder to the clubhead.
  • The hips are fully turned to the left.
  • The left shoulder is high, the right shoulder is low.
  • The head is behind the impact position with the ball.
  • The left arm is fully straight.
  • The right elbow is bent and close to the side at the beginning of the impact zone.
  • The left leg is straight,
  • The right leg is bent......

"Grab" Peter with the mouse. Hold down the left mouse button while moving the mouse in a horizontal direction to turn the object.
